Customer service over at Blizzard will be open for extended hours during the expansions launch. This is useful if you have any problems with the expansion and need assistance to get right into the game!

Live technical support will not be available this coming Monday, January 15, due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. However, with Tuesday's arrival of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, we will be extending our support hours to 9AM–7:30PM PST, and we will be working the following Saturday to better serve our players.
