Update #2



Hot off the presses from Hasium himself, VGPlayers has provided some
updates on the state of GU#2. Among them, Brotherhoods will not be
going live until
after the server merge which is expected to happen one week after the
update. Guildhall plots have some interesting updates as well including
the need for a diplomat to aquire the appropriate documents from the
local government.

Diplomats will now be needed to obtain permissions to purchase the
Guild Hall plot. Without the correct documents obtained from the local
government, the guild leader will not be allowed to purchase the plot.
Obtaining this documentation will not be a simple task.
