Do the undead have to dress up for Halloween?

Starting tomorrow (October 18th) Hallow's End will begin. The biggest thing is that the constume wands are back! Be sure to stock up! There are also other various treats (including the Undead/Night Elf masks) awaiting you this Hallow's End.

Observed by both the Horde and the Alliance, Hallow's End is the celebration of the break between the Forsaken and the Scourge. Adventurers can speak to innkeepers to get silly masks to wear during their adventures, and much more.
