Mind-spinning content updates coming soon to LEGO® MMOG
JANUARY 11, 2011 To coincide with the new Ninjago product line and LEGO Ninjago Nintendo DS game announced today, the LEGO Group will offer even more ways to interact with the ninja legends in LEGO® Universe. The popular LEGO brick-based MMOG (massively-multiplayer online game) will unlock a new Ninjago-themed adventure zone the largest ever to be discovered in-game! The new zone, called Crux Prime, is filled with fresh challenges and an original Ninjago storyline that will continue to unfold throughout the year and beyond, so LEGO Universe players can enjoy the fun of spinning ninjas online.
In Crux Prime, players must seek out Sensei Wu among the ruins of the Ninjago Monastery to learn the secrets to the powerful skill of Spinjitzu. Nefarious Maelstrom Skeletons are attempting to steal the beam of Imagination protected within Crux Primes Nexus Tower, and only by spinning in a tornado of pure Imagination can players defeat these bony villains. LEGO Universe players will discover over 100 new missions and achievements within the vast Crux Prime zone, as well as over 100 new pieces of gear, decals and weapons to collect and share with friends in-game.
