Through conversation on the Blizzard Beta forum it has become apparent that a new small patch is likely to be released in the next few days. Blizzard had this to say about it:

It's mostly focused on technical changes and improvements, and has less to do with specific changes to gameplay, which is the bigger issue for players. There are some, but as far as I know, new Talents are not added with this upcoming patch and the patch notes aren't as extensive as we've previously seen, thus the changes that players will see is "small".
