The standard Defiant mounts, open to all players regardless of their
notoriety, are available in Meridian from Shria Terke in the Training
Yard.
They come in three varieties; Vayiuu, Nimble Eldricht Steeds and Swift
War Steeds. Each is available in several different hues.
