Ten Ton Hammer finally has href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/node/51200">a review for style="font-style: italic;">Magic World Online,
which has been in the Top 10 since this list started. Like me, the
reviewer (our Eric "Dalmarus" Campbell) doesn't quite get the purpose
of the AI Bot. He dislikes that one design decision so much that he
rated the game 1/5 Hammers. I urge readers to try it and report back.
Dalmarus and I agree that the game has a deep story that makes the
killing all worthwhile. But does the AI Bot ruin the experience for
you, too?

My quest to find great free-to-play games continues. I have
been playing Secret of
the Solstice and Sword
of the New World at the urging of readers. Before I tell
you what I think about those games, I'll be bringing you my preview of
Runes of Magic. The Open Beta starts Monday, December 15, so I'll be
able to talk about what I have seen so far. Stay tuned!
