When it comes to buying MMO power leveling guides online, the watch
words are caveat emptor--let the buyer beware. Not all strategy guides
are what they're made out to be. In fact, they're apparently not all
written by the people who claim to have written them.

Last week, I received an email from a friend of Ten
Ton Hammer named
Jon. He’d found a Vanguard guide online and laid down about
$20 for it expecting a guide that would tell him to kill X mob in Y
chunk for lots of expees and/or silver. What he got was a .pdf file
filled with some helpful, well written guides. Only problem was,
he’d read all those guides already…at Vanguard Ten
Ton Hammer.
