In a recent post on his MySpace blog, Jeff Hickman welcomed back all of the closed testers.

Well, the day has finally arrived. Closed beta for Warhammer is back and the armies rejoiced! We reached our server population cap 47 minutes after we reopened the server and it has stayed pegged since then. Everything is kicking total ass, and the players are raving about all the great stuff they are seeing! What a great feeling :)

I hope to see you all in beta soon as many more invites are going out in the upcoming weeks and months.
