Games Radar has put together a preview of Wrath of the Lich King after they had a chance to sit down with lead producer, J. Allen Brack. It's fairly extensive and informative, and there are a few tidbits in there that may be new news to some people.
The last major change in patch 2.3 will be integrated voice chat. The way that is going to work - were not releasing it for guilds, were releasing it for parties and raids. Brack explained. If you are the raid leader you automatically create a voice channel, and people who join the raid automatically join that channel. Outside of raids, anyone can create a channel, it will work just like the chat channels.
