In what I have no reason to believe is related to the current EQ2 PR nightmare, Scott Hartsman has left the EverQuest 2 team.
"Ive never been a fan of saying goodbye, but its time. Today is my last day here at SOE.
In addition, Id like to say thank you.
Thank you all for playing in these worlds that Ive had the chance to touch over the past years.
Thank you for your boundless dedication and passion to what it is that weve all created here.
To many of you, thank you for your friendship. A lot of you have been nothing short of an extended family over the past years.
I will miss you all."

I mentioned last week that Auran, the development house that built Fury had dismantled their team. David Gillespie, former Fury Producer has posted his take on the recent demise of the company. My question is, has GameCock actually published a successful game yet? Is there some correlation between this publisher and failure?

It's that time of year again... yes, male World of Warcraft players are once again controlling female Night Elves, half-dressed in elf costumes. You can see them dancing in Stormwind, GoldShire and virtually anywhere else that players congregate.
