I would like to personally thank Wikipedia for removing the Ten Ton Hammer entry on the basis that we are not "notable" enough. A big round of clap for the bonkers administrators at Wikipedia. Though you can't view an entry about Ten Ton Hammer you are at least able to check out these notable and incredibly informative entries:

And my personal favourite, Gibbit, which is described as:

"...the word "gibibit" has no known practical application."

Notable indeed. On to more entertaining things...

I haven't been playing WoW over the last couple of weeks. I've simply been to busy with other things to play for fun,but it appears things have gone south in the game I enjoyed so much.

Over the weekend there were virtual riots on numerous servers. Note, some of these are not safe for work. Turn down the sound folks. A search for "Priests Riot" on YouTube turned up the following:

Priests, normally played by the least combative of the class choices probably because it takes a distinct personality to play a support class, went nutzo and distrupted play on a number of servers. GMs put everyone to sleep. Bad idea.

When your players, your paying customers, are forming en masse to voice their displeasure things have gone terribly wrong somewhere in either your design of the game or your ability to communicate that design to the player base.

I won't be the first to say that the players believe that they know what is best for them, but probably don't understand the larger picture of the game well enough to truly make the right game design choices. That said, if hundreds (thousands?) of them are upset enough to spend their play time disrupting the game then it is probably time to rethink your changes.
