For quite some time before my
main character hit 40, I would
always see, "Class X looking for Trickster's!" scroll across the Qalia
regional chat channel as I off adventuring. I always wondered what it
was, where it was, and above all, what secrets did it hold? Since I'm
finally there, let's find out together.

Solve the Riddle has been one of the more confusing quests in
the Trickster's Haven series for a number of players. After reading
this handy guide though, you should have no problems at all. Well, that
assuming your party is capable of battling your way through, that is.
After you brought the Tattered Scroll back to Azzad in his outpost,
href="http://vanguard.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=913">he
told you that he would study it to see if he could find proof
that the
Room of Dreams actually exists. Despite how twisted (although still
funny) it would be for the development to have ended the quest there,
that's not the way things panned out. You might want to sit down for
this news first, but I'll just say it. Azzad needs your help again. I
know it's a shock, but breathe deep and you'll be ok.
Azzad has been studying the scroll you gave him and believes he may
have figured out the secret of gaining entrance, although the clues he
has are cryptic at best. He tells you the scroll says, "Speak only
"Dreams" in the Pit, the Passage, and the Pool. Only then will I grant
the Key."
While this may have been a bit of a hassle figuring out in the past
(especially if you were new to the dungeon), all the locations are
clearly marked on our handy
href="http://vanguard.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=901">Trickster's
Haven Dungeon Map. Before you
just go plowing through the area, let me give you some more details and
advice though.
You do not have to do the rooms in any particular order. Since this is
the case, I would actually recommend saying "Dreams" in the Pool of
Restriction last. The reason I say this is because there are far less
mobs to worry about in the Pool area than there are in the Pit of the
Creeper or the Passage of the Untamed.

hspace="10">If you are not the only person in your party on
this quest, it is advisable for everyone to go in turns. The Riddle
Master does not spawn for long, and I have been with a couple of groups
where someone has had to abandon the quest and redo it because they
were not able to talk to him in time, and were then unable to summon
him back. Taking turns will save a lot of frustration in the end. This
is also a good reason to choose the Pool, as a party can normally
finish this part of the quest before the room starts to respawn.
When you say, "dreams" in the final room (whichever one you choose),
the Riddle Master will appear. When you hail him, he'll say, "You speak
of dreams. If you knew truth you would only speak of nightmares. Do you
still wish for me to give you the Key?"
You only have the single choice of, "Yes, give me the Key". When you
complete your reply, the Riddle Master will give you a Dusty Key to the
Room of Dreams. Bring this back to Azzad for your reward.
When you approach Azzad, he looks at you with wonder and says,
"You have the Key? I must see it!"
Azzad shuffles nervously, "Now that I possess the key I am
frightened. I cannot go in there myself... I would only get lost within
my own dreams." Guess where he's sending us in next week's guide?
