If your 40+ and have access to Everfrost, you can begin the heritage
quest for Tobrin's Mystical Eyepatch. 

Here's the stats for the reward, before we begin.  Note that you
will receive 60,000 status points as well.

To begin, speak to Master T'Lys in Everfrost (+81, +81), who first asks
you to recover the 4 pieces of his broken wand.  These are like
harvesting nodes, they're ground spawns with random spawn locations in
a given area.



Red Shard: Near where arctic behemoths spawn (+180, -520)

Blue Shard: In the leopards / stags area (-290,-250)

Green Shard: Near the terrors (-693,-781)

White Shard: In the cougar area (-235, -350)



Return to T'Lys, who now wants you to kill the leaders of the 3
tribes.



Chieftain
Bloodrage: 
Go to -10, -425, near one of the campfires where the minotaurs
spawn.  This is a proximity pop, when you close in you'll pop a
group of executioners or Bloodrage.  Kill whichever, and if you're
unlucky enough to get the executioners camp the site for Bloodrage.
You'll have to clear the areas are *both* campfires repeatedly before the
named pops.



Chieftain
Webclaw: 
In the north islands of EF past Permafrost, around where the icegill
goblins are, clear the area around (+511, -1400) and sooner or later
Webclaw will spawn. Kill him for your second update.



Chieftain
Iceburn: 
East of where you found the Blue Shard, kill Numbfoots (Numbfeet?)
around the frozen tree and Iceburn will eventually spawn.  Now for
the
last step...



You no longer require the access quest to progress this quest. There
is a special instance for Tobrin that you need to enter into at the MM
gate, rather than directly entering MM.
Take your group to MM (-92, -285) but make sure everyone is on the same
quest step in order to enter properly. You will need to clear the
zone, kill Tobrin's shade (level 45^^^) then kill T'Lys' minions and you
are done! Congrats on your new eyepatch, matie!
