4.1 - Apprentice
II Spell Vendors

Most of the storebought spells through lvl 20 can be bought in
the village zones at the scribes. 20-30th lvl spells can be bought at
scribes in the outer city zones (e.g. Eldaar Grove, Qeynos Harbor in
Qeynos).



4.2 -
Adept I Spell Drop Locations



**Please note that adept I drops are rare; in my experience, its
fairly rare to see more than one adept drop per hour in any given
hunting ground**
