No thanks, I'm stuffed!

Taxidermy is one of the new and more interesting features of
Middle-earth. Skilled hunters and adventurers are now able to obtain
certain rare items from specific creatures and trade them for new
trophies. These new items can be displayed in a home for decoration and
prestige. This week’s guide will show you where you can find those
elusive items and what the end product will look like.

Taxidermy made its appearance in Middle-earth with
the Book 11 update.
This new trophy system allows players to hunt down certain creatures
and if lucky, they will obtain an undamaged corpse that can be bartered
to the Taxidermist in Bree for a trophy item made for display in a
home. These items remain one of the rarest of all housing items and
should be displayed with pride should anyone acquire one.
