The communities of Budgeford and Frogmorton have the usual lighthearted
quests found in the Shire, but also some less so. There are wolves
threatening Budgeford, and mysterious attacker threatens a peaceful
hobbit in these communities.

There are three main quest lines here, all of them
fun, and
interesting. The first is "The Spectre of the Black Rider",
the funniest of the three quests. Basically, a foolish hobbit
(who obviously has no idea of what dread beings the black riders are)
is fooling around, "haunting" the sties of Budgeford at night.
