The North Downs serves as a buffer between Angmar and Bree-land. It
serves as the last line of defense from an invasion of Angmar from the
north. This week, Lord of the Rings Online community manager, Martuk,
continues his North Downs series with the second part of his
Othikar and Esteldin quests guide.

For those reaching into their 20's, the North Downs
will provide a lush
hunting ground for any looking to acquire a few fellowship or solo
quests. This land is the buffer between Angmar and the open lands of
the Free Peoples' of Middle-earth. This leaves plenty of opportunity
for adventurers to acquire much power and lots of profit.
