Sigurd also knows very little about the medallion that Strom possesses aside from the fact that it makes him stronger. He will suggest that you speak with Nadini to see if she knows more about the powers of the medallion.
Leave the Thirsty Dog Inn and make your way back to the home of the old sage, Nadini. She will be able to offer up some additional information on Strom's newfound power.
