Ethec Fuddlecloser here, halfling Qeynos-area realty specialist at your
service, and boy do we have some values for you!!

Why invest in housing you say? How does a fancy place help me fight
better, level faster?  While it's important to note that house
items (furniture etc.) won't add anything tangible to your fighting
abilities, they will add something to your character.  One word,
my friend, confidence
Every time you walk into your pad, you'll be reminded of your skill,
daring, and wealth.  Every adventurer deserves that at the end of
the day!

A few more notes: the inner city residences offer the ability to
purchase and maintain a room at a discount using status points! Status
points are earned by doing city writs for your guild (and Heritage
Quests), and the status point upkeep cost can be reduced by placing
high-end furniture and items (like "Lore and Legend" quest rewards) in
your house.  To purchase these special rooms, make sure you select
the right door as you cannot opt to switch later (without paying the
initial cost again!).

Take a look around! Make yourself comfortable!

style="vertical-align: top; text-align: center;">Everthing you need,
and nothing more.  These one-room studio apartments provide an
adequate living space for the young adventurer or artisan, and are the
ideal choice for the cost-conscious Qeynosian looking only for a
pleasing place to hawk his or her wares (or rough out tradeskill
ingredients).  Most are conveniently situated near bankers, mail
kiosks, and most importantly the Mariner's Bells that will take you to
all points of interest in Qeynos, but it's a long haul to the
broker!

Since the no deposit is required when the lease is signed, you may want
to explore different quarters in the low-rent zones rather than paying
upkeep, but you didn't hear that from this realtor!

P.T.
Irontoe, proprietor, runs this reputable establishment with typically
Dwarven pride and pugnaciousness.  Complaints from neighbors about
noise might just land you in Eldaar Grove wondering who landed that
punch, rather than the usual visit from the Qeynosian Guard.  Your
cheapest move into Qeynos Center City, Irontoe's is close to the bank
and the broker, and has relatively easy access to Qeynos Harbor bells
through a short jaunt through the Down Below.  The apartments are
2-room affairs with a grand hearth and unique wood trim. (Decorations
by Jeah of Oggok)

the city and its environs.  The suites are pricey, but not a huge
draw... most who can afford Lion's Mane opt to jump straight into Fishs
Alehouse in Qeynos Harbor. (Much thanks to Gentil and Tarudor of Lucan D'Lere for sending pics of their distinguished Lion's Mane abode!)

The
premier apartments of Qeynos, Fishs Alehouse (despite the stench)
offers easy access to nearly all the fine points of Qeynos and its
environs.  Its docks link you to Thunderring Steppes, Nektulos Forest, Antonica and
all the "village" zones.  Even North Qeynos and Eldaar Grove are
only a "Down Below" away.  Clearly the envied abode of any serious
adventurer, second only in luxury to the posh player / guild
houses.  These luxury apartments are spacious 2-room affairs with
premium hardwood trim options.  (Decorations by Jeah and Alaric,
both of Oggok... thanks to Alaric for letting me show off his room!)

feel, durable and easy-to-clean for those long crafting sessions. Special thanks to Bapak of Oggok for letting me show off his house, and to Jeah of Oggok, interior decorator and photographer!
