If you want to see a really good dungeon in Vanguard before you hit
level 20, Ralsu recommends Gulgrethor Fortress. Here's the second in a
series of quest guides to lead you deep inside and out again in one
piece:

Agent Jargo laments that he cannot kill the
Gulgrethor without blowing
his cover, so he asks you to kill 13 Gulgrethor and bring their hearts
as trophies so that he can "taste" their death. Hey, who are you to
argue with an orc who eats the hearts of his enemies?
