EverQuest II's fifth expansion, The Shadow Odyssey, has been officially announced!

Fan Faire 2008 has brought plenty of news regarding all of the SOE games, but EQ2 players have been long awaiting the official announcement of this expansion and all that it will add to the forever growing lands of Norrath. It doesn't seem that a level cap raise is on its way, but we will be seeing the return of Heritage Quests and two new deities along with so much more.
