Want to conquer the world at a fraction of the cost?

GameTap, which you may know as the internet game play company which operates Myst Online: Uru, has announced that they're hitting their 1000th game soon. It was worth the wait-- the game will be Sid Meier's Civilization IV.

Speaking with GameTap, Meier said, "I'm thrilled that so many of our titles are offered on the site and to have Civilization IV highlighted as a milestone addition to the line-up of great games is an honor."
