SOE customers may have to deal with limited support options over the next few days due to the massive wildfires which have been sweeping through the San Diego area.

Due to the recent wildfires in San Diego County, the Technical Support department's Live Chat and Phone Support will be unavailable for the duration of business hours on Wednesday October 24th, 2007. Emails to Technical Support may still be submitted, but please be patient with a response, as there may be a significant delay.
