Or as I like to call it, the coolest zone evar!


The Mines of Meldrath is a level 50-55 instanced zone found deep in The Steamfont Mountains, which is included with the Echoes of Faydwer expansion. This is a great zone to visit, with plenty to do and some nice bit of lore to follow as your group goes about laying waste to all within these mines.

The Mines of Meldrath tell a story. When you first enter you will see the ghost, Meldrath the Malignant. Speak with him and get in on what is going on in this odd place. Each time you kill one of the named mobs, the nearby power cell will light up and you can collect it's fuel cell. And also after each named kill, Meldrath will meet you with more of his story! He will only tell you bits at a time, but if you are persistant, you will get the whole story.
