This is one contest where it doesn't hurt to submit SOMETHING at the very least, as there is 2,500 EMP available for honorable mentions in TERA's fall-themed loading screen contest. Submit a loading screen, the top 5 will have their place in the game (and 5,000 EMP) while anyone who submits something that impresses, still can walk away with 2,500 EMP.

Submit an original piece of autumn-themed TERA artwork by Tuesday, October 13 at 11:59 p.m. PDT, and you could win 5,000 EMP! You’ll also secure a spot for your artwork on one of our loading screens, with your character name and server name displayed below the image.

Rules are rather simple:

• Submission must be your own original art (sorry, no screenshots) sized 1920 by 1200 pixels, 24bit RGB in .BMP or .PSD format.
• Submission must include your character name and server name for you to receive your prize.
• Submit your entry as an email attachment to [email protected].
• Your full entry must be received by Tuesday, October 13 at 11:59 p.m. PDT to be eligible.
• Standard EME contest rules apply.

So no screenshots, you have to draw something, but it looks like they don't mind whatever medium you desire (from pencil to MS Paint), but I assume quality is important to determine who goes into the winners circle and who doesn't.
