If youre a fan of the Diablo series and the heroes of the Marvel universe, today is your chance to experience both mashed into one. Marvel Heroes has officially launched. The action RPG was created under the direction of Gazillion boss David Brevik, who developed the first two games in the Diablo series.
For over three years weve been building Marvel Heroes to be an exciting, free-to-play massively multiplayer action game, and we are ecstatic to finally put it in the hands of Marvel fans and gamers alike, said David Brevik, President and COO of Gazillion Entertainment. The creation of Marvel Heroes has been a labor of love. As a die-hard Marvel fan, its an honor to give players the chance to take on the roles of their favorite Marvel Super Hero in an epic adventure.
Marvel Heroes is now available as a free download with optional hero packs that can be purchased through microtransactions. The current roster of 21 heroes can also be unlocked through gameplay.
Head over to the Marvel Heroes website to sign up and download the game client. You can also download the game via Steam. While you get patched up, check out the opening cinematic video below.
