Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures has officially launched and we are in week one of our live gaming. This week we continue the Cryer post launch coverage. Ten Ton Hammer has been pumping out game related goodies and guide content and you can expect the flood of information to continue. This week alone we have released over 20 new content items for Age of Conan. The community has been heavily discussing AoC since launch and with all the discussion, chatter, and excitement it can be difficult to find those great pieces of discussion and those ever so rare nuggets of info as you sift through an endless sea of dramatic posts and flaming rants. How to change the chat text colors.
Perhaps one of the most missed elements of the AoC UI is the ability to easily change the colors of your chat text. Luckily we have people like Galrith here who has posted a quick tutorial guide on how to change the colors of your chat text by altering a file in your AoC folder. This should make the chat window a little more pleasant to look at until Funcom adds in an easier feature.
Age of Conan Support Knowledge Base
To help players with the launch, Funcom has added a Knowledge Database for everyone to make use of to help with any issues or other game related items. Famine posted this useful little thread that makes a good quick reference on some of the items that many people have been asking about.
Master list of in-game goodies
Xerobull has created a nice little thread that marks all of the in-game bonus items for the various preorder gifts. You can reference this to see what all the items that were available for preorder launch are and what kind of benefits they give in-game. This is also a good place to discuss the various aspects of coolness related to some of these items.
Taunt? What Taunt? Tanking? How? u serious?
As a guardian and long time veteran tank threads like this make me shake my head. It's more of understanding how aggro works and that it is a team effort in controlling it. Not solely the guardian. To quote myself from this post on the matter...
2 things
1. So long as you make use of your aggro stances and skills you will hold aggro effectively.
2. If you have dps classes that don't know how to deal damage in moderation they are always going to pull aggro.
Keeping aggro is not just a guardian job. Your group has to work with you. If they go into full out super dps mode they will always pull aggro. In which case if they get killed its their own fault. This is true in every MMORPG.
With my groups I tend to hold aggro just fine as we work together well.

To help Funcom make this game the greatest it can be Ten Ton Hammer has begun a Feedback thread. This will allow you (the players) to offer feedback and post bugs that need fixing for us to report to Funcom. Please read the threads original post before posting and be sure not to add exploits. That is also covered in the OP. Once we have a fair amount of information we will throw it together for Funcom and send it off.
Much to my happiness this thread is still going strong and generating good discussion. Even after all this time many of you are still contributing some good points and different points of view on this subject. Keep it going.

This week our heroes realize they are no longer along on the island as an army of newcomer invaders encroach on the island. Will the newbies survive the trials of the island? Will Gibbles end up making a snack out of one of them, and will Martuk manage not to screw something up? All good questions, but I think we all know the answers.
