One of the most iconic locations in Star Wars history is the planet Hoth. It was on this planet that the Rebellion made their famous stand against the invading forces of Darth Vader and the Empire in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. This iconic location is now set to appear in Star Wars: The Old Republic. BioWare's latest announcement reveals the icy planet as the latest addition to the game and it comes with new HoloNet details and a short video preview.

In addition to the Hoth reveal, BioWare also launched the third comic in their "Blood of the Empire" series.
