How do you make a sandbox MMO "fair"? Most would argue that you don't. EVE Online's senior producer had some interesting things to say about the game's economy. As it turns out, in an age of government intervention on a grand scale, CCP seems to find it far more interesting and freeing to let the players control large aspects of the game, rather than vice-versa.
