More New WoW Math

With the release of the World of Warcraft patch 3.0.2 many things change in the game. In this article Byron "Messiah" Mudry completes his look at the changes to the base mechanics and item stats in the game. These are the things that effect how our characters interacts with creatures and other players. In this part of the guide he walks players through understanding +Hit, +Crit, and +Haste item stats, so that all players will have a solid understanding of the math behind them.

What this means is that against a target the same level as you are, you need to make up +5% to hit to remove the misses from the table if you are melee or ranged and 4% if you are a caster. When you have enough +hit % to not miss you are referred to as 'Hit Capped'.
