"The Fastest Path to 60!"
This guide to level 21 is a very short one since I found that after grinding in the Windshear Crags area in Stonetalon and then in the grinding area here, it was far quicker than attempting to level by questing. The amount of grinding depends on how far into the level you are when you enter the zone. Ideally you should be about 1/2 way into level 21. This part of the guide (and therefore level 21) takes place mainly in Ashenvale but can carry on to the Southern Barrens if you do not grind out the remainder of the level along the coast. If you chose that path just accept that the quests will be a bit more difficult in the next section until you get to level 22 and get trained.

| When first entering Ashenvale turn in "Report too Kadrak" and obtain "The Warsong Reports". As you travel through the zone, keep an eye out for the scouts, but don't go out of your way to find them. If you do, great, if not, drop the quest, as it just isn't worth the effort to search them out if you are not exploring anyway. | |
| Go north along the path and then east to find Splintertree Post. Turn in "The Ashenvale Hunt" there, get the second part of the chain (Which has the same name) and then get the flight point. Most of the quests in the area will be too hard right now, so don't bother getting them. | |
| Instead follow the road west, carefully going around the Alliance city on the path in the middle of the zone. Continue all the way west to the post that you will find once the path turns north and then head west to the coast. | |
| The coast is called the Zoram Strand and you can find a Horde troll settlement at the south end of the beach. Get the flight point there as well as the quest "Naga at the Zoram Strand". | |
| Complete the Naga quest and then grind as much experience as you can take from the Nagas there. Turn in the quest and then fly to Orgrimmar |

The Zoram Strand is an amazing grinding area. You can grind out a whole level extremely quickly here and there really is no reason to go anywhere else, since the best level 22 quests are just that, level 22. Wait until you have your next talent point and skills before continuing. |
| Train for your level 22 abilities and then fly to Camp Taurajo in the Southern Barrens. |
