"The Fastest Path to 60!"

To make your way through the first half of level 48 we are going to return to the Swamp of Sorrows. While in the swamp we are going to complete a number of quests and prepare for the next zone.

Once done here, it is back to the jungles of Feralas in Kalimdor to finish questing there.

When you get to Stonard accept any quests remaining in town and then travel south until you are almost into the Blasted Lands. There you will find the Fallen Hero of the Horde, talk to him until you get "The Disgraced One".
Travel north west to the bridge to complete "Cortello's Riddle" and get the follow up.
Return to town and turn in all your quests and get all follow ups.
Travel along the mountains at the south edge of the zone to the cave at 56,78. Go in and complete "Continued Threat" and "The Swamp Talker".
Go east to the encampment at the shore to turn in "Continued Threat" and then move north to find Jarquia near 93,46 who will drop an item for "Ledger from Tanaris".
Return to the Fallen Hero of the Horde to turn in "The Swamp Talker". You can then talk to him to get and complete "A Tale of Sorrow" and then return to town.

You will very likely need to grind at this point to hit level 49. My choice would be here in this zone, or back in southern Strangelthorn. The choice is really yours though.

At this point you have a choice, keep working on the Onyxia chain by flying to Dustwallow Marsh or skip to the next quests. Previously I would have recommended the Onyxia chain, however since no one is likely to run it any longer, I suggest skipping it.
