If you haven't done much raiding by level 80 you're going to need to start amping up your hunter's gear before you start running those Naxx raids. The good news is you have a wide assortment of places you can start gathering gear from to aid you in those long nights out with the guild. Reputation grinding, dungeon crawling and even crafting can play a big part in converting your hunter from solo/group ready to raid ready.
