Ever since the release of 1.9.1 several people have been noticing latency issues with character movement throughout the world. While this does not have an affect on your characte,r it can be seen affecting everyone else. The symptoms are jerky character movement while walking, running or on a mount.

While this does not appear to affect game play, no one is sure if Blizzard is aware of the issue or when it will be fixed.
