Although we don't allow Alpha participants to post their Alpha experiences to the public forums, we are going to be asking them for wrte-ups of what they are doing in Alpha so we can post them back here. We're starting to request and compile these next week for posting most likely the following week.

Our content update model is still being finalized, but for now, it's safe to say that you can expect a combination of updates as part of your subscription and paid expansions.

Kaius isn't still friendly with the Blood of Vol ("... and secretly working to break all ties with the Blood of Vol"). However there is a subfaction of the Blood that is loyal to Kaius instead of Vol herself, including members of his own harem. Queen Etrigani is one of only a very small handful of people in Eberron that knows Kaius is a vampire. I always imagined she fell in love before she married and found out he was a vampire, but being dominated by Kaius is another interesting possibility. Since alignment is so flexible in the setting, I think she would have a bigger issue with the fact that he's undead than that he's evil, especially since he's not a "Mua-ha-ha" evil, but "will do whatever it takes for his country" evil. I have to say that Kaius is one of my favorite characters in the setting, even if he does have a warrant out for the death of my character in the campaign I'm in :/
