As a publisher, Fatshark are pretty awesome, and it seems after the success of Vermintide 2, they've got their eye on another IP. This time, they're working with Black Fox Studios.
Dreadlands is a new turn-based skirmish game set in a living post-apocalyptic shared world. Explore Dreadlands by travelling across its many regions with your misfit gang of miscreants and mercenaries. The game is set in a Shared World where players frequently encounter and interact with each other. Sometimes they cooperate, other times they pick fights in bloody PvP battles.
Although the game is only in early Alpha, with lots still to do, its premise seems enticing. “With Dreadlands we want to take the online elements of an MMO or a shared world shooter and combine it with addictive turn-based gameplay” says Peter Nilsson, founder and Creative Director Blackfox Studios.
There isn't as of yet any gameplay footage, but there's a handful of Alpha game stills on the official website, where you can also jump to their Steam page to wishlist it.
