The closed beta for Gigantic kicks off in August and it's going to require you to do a few things to play, either own an Xbox One along with a gold subscription or have Windows 10. There is a teaser video down below here, but honestly, nothing much is known. If you don't know what Gigantic is, it's a team based shooter something like what Overwatch is going to be and what Team Fortress already is. It's 5v5 action with a magical behemoth ready to fight alongside you and another for your enemy, part PvP and part PvE, Gigantic is a pretty popular and well watched upcoming game - so it's great its going into the player's hands early.

Part of me almost wonders if the recent Microsoft deal is Microsoft's answer to Overwatch, considering I wouldn't be surprised at all if Overwatch were to come out on the Playstation 4. It'd make sense, literally. It'd be like Halo vs. Snake, Sock Boy, and Crash Bandicoot all over again.

Oh and yeah Xbox Live Gold or Windows 10 will be needed to play. Get to upgrading and/or ready to purchase the pro way to play Microsoft games ASAP.
