GM support hours were changed as per the following announcement from Blizzard today.

GM support hours during the World of Warcraft stress test beta will be as follows:
2:00 p.m. -- 11:00 p.m. PDT

At the conclusion of the stress test beta, well post an update with the new GM hours.
