Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR) Game Director James Ohlen has posted a brief update about the BioWare’s bug squashing efforts. According to Ohlen’s post, players can expect to see a new patch almost weekly aimed at squashing bugs and balancing the game. While some of these may take a little longer than others due to the need for complex fixes and testing, the team already has a list of things that they’re already working to get taken care of.

BioWare also has a fix in the works to correct the dancing/combat exploit and the chat window bug for SWTOR that has made it nearly impossible for some players to play in groups if they’re not using voice chat. This should be fixed soon barring any issues, but the devs admit that it could be pushed back a bit should something arise.

Update: SWTOR's 1.0.2b patch is now available.
