In a newly released developer video, Blizzard have discussed at length (just shy of 20 minutes) details behind their netcode, programming and improvements that are due based on community feedback. I have to admit much of the content is over my head and as far as I'm concerned, as long as my movement and shooting in game reflects my input accurately, everything else I'll leave to the experts.
