It looks like patch 1.10 will go live tomorrow. Check out what Eyonix had to say on the Blizzard forums.

Tomorrow's weekly scheduled maintenance will begin at 3:00 AM PST in order to prepare for the 1.10 content patch. The following list of realms will remain down until 2:00 PM PST as additional maintenance is required. All other realms will be back online at approximately 11:00 AM PST.
