Blizzard has made all of the character sound files available for download from their site.

Players in World of Warcraft can give voice to their characters by using the Speech command. You can access this command by clicking on the chat bubble next to your chat log and selecting the Speech option. Alternatively, you can type /v at the chat prompt followed by a speech command, such as help, cheer, or flee. For example, to utter a flirting speech file, you would type "/v flirt" at the chat prompt. By typing or clicking these Speech sayings, your character can give voice to many different emotions and actions. The speech files sampled below are from each race’s flirt or silly repertoire.
