Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures is just a short three and a half weeks away and Ten Ton Hammer's Border Kingdom Cryer feature is covering it every step of the way. This wee we continue the Border Kingdom Cryer countdown to launch. As of this issue we stand at 25 days to launch and 22 days if you're on the head start countdown. The launch date is lingering around the corner either way, and discussion is raging on the official forum as players everywhere are anxiously waiting for the gates of Hyboria to open. With all the discussion and chatter it can be difficult to find those great pieces of discussion and those ever so rare nuggets of info as you sift through an endless sea of dramatic posts and flaming rants. Priest of Mitra - Weekend Review with Feedback (Long!)
If you are a future Priest of Mitra (PoM) you may find this thread of particular interest. SilentEcho a regular of the official AoC forums crafted a very long and very detailed review of the PoM from the PvP Beta Weekend. This thread offers some excellent insight on the class and some good discussion for all you future PoMs out there.
Everyone has been waiting for it and Famine is making them more anxious. this thread is for the discussion of the coming Open Beta phase of AoC. If you are like every other rabid fan anxiously awaiting some great game play, decapitation and some good nipply fun, you will probably enjoy twitching with the rest of the crowd in this thread. Some people say we are to obsessed with the whole nipple thing, but I disagree. Anyway, I'm sure this thread will be one of the breast discussions of the week.
The RP-PvE crowd still wants a server and they aren't going down without a fight. Whether or not Funcom will give them this server is another question. If you are one of those in support, make your voice known in this thread or one of the others found here, here, and here. Bear Shaman - PvP Weekend Review
Baka of the official AoC forums brings a nice review of the Bear Shaman from the PvP weekend. Any of you future shamans out there might find this a good read as it offers some insight into the class and some decent discussion. The review gives you an idea of what you can expect with buffs and combos to name a couple.
For all my fellow guardians, we have a special little PvP thread this week all about us. Once you get past the original posters total negativity and prejudgement of the class, there is actually a bit of good discussion here. Many people chime in and turn a rant into a discussion. Well done people!

Taking Applications for Forum Fight #3 - Guild Loot: Loot Council or Other Systems?

Forum Fight #1 Airs- RP-PvP vs. RP-PvE
The results are in from AoC Ten Ton Hammer's first official Forum Brawl. The event was a hard fought battle pitting two forum regulars against each other with Khalathwyr arguing why we need a RP-PvE server. His opponent Coenheart argued for the other side as he brought his reasons why we should not have a RP-PvE server. How did this epic battle turn out? Did Coen stand triumphant with his argumentative statements and insults or did Khalathwyr walk away the victor and leave Coen laying in a pile of his own blood and urine. Lost In Hyboria - "Our Eyes Bleed"
Lost in Hyboria is back with issue 6 "Our Eyes Bleed." This comic will probably be the last of our deviations from the story. Our comic JoBildo curved the last two issues to run along with the Age of Conan 4 Life contest and this issue covers the conclusion of that epic adventure. We would like to than all of the conspiracy theorist, flamers, ranters, hate mail senders, and in Ralsu's case those who sent death threats for inspiring this little comic. Don't worry fans. Next week the original adventure continues.
This thread proved to be more popular than I thought and has carried over as one of the most discussed threads on our site for a second week running. It was based on an editorial I wrote on the subject. Many of you have shared your opinion and voted in the accompanying poll as you added some good and witty comments in some cases. Views from both sides have been expressed and it is still some good talk. Let's keep it going.

It was a long contest but we finally have some winners. After reading through "ALL" of the entries, we sat down and debated each of our own individual 20 picks narrowing in total 60 down to 20. Due to the NDA we can't tell you who just yet so we have announced the top 20 picks from the contest here. We would like to thank you guys for taking part. With the cooperation of Funcom and developer Jason "Athelan" Stone Ten Ton Hammer has arranged a nice new venue for players to ask their questions for developers at Funcom about Age of Conan. This week Jason "Athelan" Stone has been very busy answering many questions. You can read and discuss them in our answered questions forum here. Have a question you would like to ask? You can do so here. Just be sure to read the guidelines first as the questions will be moderated to keep out things that have already been answered elsewhere and silly questions to make it easy for Athelan to answer things as quickly as possible without unnecessary clutter. However if you have a good question, by all means post it and we will try our best to get it answered.
