Sounds like a well staffed and well funded MMO is on it's way

Big Fish Games, known for their simple online games such as the Mystery Case Files and Tradewinds, have secured a large amount of capital. $83.3 million, to be exact. This not only makes them one of the most heavily funded developers out there in online games, but it also gives confidence that their upcoming MMO won't be rushed at all. While we still only know that the game is in development, I think we can expect good things from it.

You may remember in November of last year when Big Fish acquired MMO developer Thinglefin which was founded by Jeremy Friesen and Ryan O'Rourke, formerly of Monolith and Sony Online Entertainment. These industry vets have previously worked on The Matrix Online and Asheron's Call. This new MMO from Thinglefin is described as a free-to-play, browser-based MMO, and is currently still in development.
