One-Eyed Mask (the Titan only exotic) is getting its overshield removed.  The tracking and health regeneration will remain as is. 

OEM is one of the most despised pieces of gear in the game.  Titans love it!  Everyone else, not so much.  Not only does the Titan get a targeting reticule on anyone who damages them, but when they earn a kill they get full health regen and an overshield.   This turns them into incredible purveyors of death in teamfights.  

OEM remains, in my opinion the best PvP exotic for Titans.  Nerfed? Yes. Still incredible? Also yes.
