How to Get Ready for Destiny 2 Season of Dawn

KackisHD has a great video up explaining some tips to get ready for Season of Dawn which is coming in just one week!

I only started Destiny 2 when it came to Steam (though I played the original), but I'm hooked!  I can't even tell you why I'm so excited for the new season since I wasn't able to accomplish half of what I wanted in Season of Undying, but hey... I'm excited.

One thing I need to do is go through my Battle Pass.  I know for sure I have unclaimed items in there.  If you don't collect them, they are likely to be gone forever.   Don't forget to check on all three classes.

Also, don't forget to stock up on completed bounties.  Finish them and then store them, don't use them.    They will push you through the next battle pass very quickly.   This is of course if you have already completed the Battle Pass.  If you haven't completed it then that should be your number 1 priority.

Bounties also have the side-effect of leveling up the new artifact.

Weekly bounties will give you more than daily bounties.

When the new season starts don't claim all of your bounties.   First, check if there are any levels that will give you an experience bonus.  These also count for bounties!  You want to claim your bounties with the experience bonus.

Stock up on Upgrade Cores from the Gunsmith.   We should get new armor and weapons, so stock up now so that you can Infuse your gear.   Don't forget to max out your Glimmer as well.   250,000 seems like a lot, but you use it for everything!  KackisHD explains a sneaky trick to stock past the 250K limit and another sneaky trick to get high-level gear with planetary materials.

Vex offensive will be gone in a week.   This is your last opportunity to grind out the Vex weapons.   If you want some of them, then this is the time to go for it.

What will you be doing this week?
