With Shadowkeep finally here, we thought we'd put together a super quick guide on how to turn every public event into a Heroic one. It's important because upgrading events in this way provides better loot, and more XP. If you're a free-to-play player, or owner of Shadowkeep and the Season of the Undying premium track, every time you level up you'll gain rewards.
