This PvP build by True Vanguard has you throwing endless balls of lightning at your foes. 

Monte Carlo + Melee = fun. 

As you do damage with the Monte Carlo, it refreshes your melee ability.  True Vanguard chose the middle tree, Attunement of Control in Arc (lightning).

Also, when you get a kill with the Monte Carlo, there is a chance that it resets your melee ability. 

Crown of Tempests is the exotic armour piece that TV uses. 

This build is a lot of fun and once you get used to the melee spam, it's downright dastardly.
