Pause Reset Play has a great video up showing how to lessen the time it takes you to grind out the Mountaintop. 

Getting the grenade launcher kills can be a pain in the rear.  Let's face it, we all know that.  

Fortunately the Crucible has a great way to ease your pain. The Momentum Control option (when it is around) is fantastic. Radar is disabled, but weapon damage is increased which means that grenade launchers are absolute death machines.
